Words and photos won’t do it justice as soon as you see it for yourself. A upscale and Exquisite living room with a comfortable couch and 55in flatscreen. An extravagant master bedroom with a king size bed and its own bathroom. Another bedroom that will make you feel like your in Paris with a queen size bed and its own bathroom. Air mattresses. A laundry room with a washer and dryer up and ready. Two spacious closets similar to a small bedroom, where you can store all your belongings while you’ll be in paradise. Let’s not forget a clean and sleek kitchen that come with a new microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In addition there is an office area where you can do your work before you play. Also there is a patio/balcony, where you can see the beautiful view of downtown Orlando. A stunning rooftop pool that’s 40 feet long on the same floor as your stay. An exercise rooms to get you in shape for your time in the sunshine state. So as our guest you have access to many places in your stay. For instance there is gym on the 11th floor that is assessable to you, it has the cardio section, weightlifting section, and cycling room. You also have access to our marvelous pool which is on the same floor you’ll be staying in. It’s is vast and stunning. In the same vicinity of the pool you also have access to the grills if you want to cook some good ole BBQ! I would request the use of it prior to your arrival if you wanted to use it. While in our stay these areas will be available to you. At our luxurious apartment, we have have many festivities & hotspots that all are in walking distances. First you have the tremendous Amway arena, where you can watch the promising Orlando magic vs whatever team you root for. For my soccer fans we have our resilient Orlando City Soccer Club, don’t miss a heart pounding match. In addition to that we have Wall St, (which is a block away) where there is music/comedy/art. That’s a place where you can see the very talented people of Orlando and the skills they use to entertain. In addition to that, there is Lake Eola, a beautiful lake where you can ride a swan boat across the lake and watch the different animals and views of the city. Also Lake Eola is the go to spot for majority of downtown Orlando festivities. Oh yeah I almost forgot the night life, where there’s lounges, bars, and night clubs. There are numerous of them around the area, you will definitely find a place that suites well with you. Furthermore, there is Publix two blocks away for your grocery needs and for my Vegan guest there is an market called Dixie Dharma. We also have a the Orange County public library in the area. As you arrive and explore you will see plenty of landmarks and locations that will be appealing to you. I hope these convenient areas service you well. What if I had not checked my emails? Irresponsible is an understatement) - At 11pm I frantically get on VRBO to search for availabe properties similar in location, price, descriptions, etc ( Of course, Due to being so close to chk in, no properties were available. Interesting is that the Property than appeared as available on VRBO on similar dates that I had booked……. Bizarre! - Because it was so last minute, Without lodging accommodations for my family, I have to book a hotel last minute. Spent more than we had budgeted -I called VRBO customer service to file a complain. I told them if scenario was reversed, where traveler canceled with such short notice, Penalty would be I would be required to pay in full or 50% of stay. -Recommend VRBO penalize property owners same as they do travelers. Cancellation Policy for owners needs to be implemented just as harsh ! -On a side note, this property appears to be in a building that prohibits their units to be used for short term rentals ##### Chailyn P. Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Alicia S. 12 déc. 2021 #### Prefect location for events at Amway Arena Stayed with friends when in Orlando for the Jimmy Buffet concert at the Amway Arena. Perfect location. Ben, the owner was very nice and super responsive. Parking was great and inexpensive. Apartment is a little rough around the edges. Generally clean, except for a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and a kitchen closet with trash on the floor. Not owner’s fault. But an eye on the cleaning crew is needed. Needs a good paint job and a coffee pot. This is not a place to stay with kids. Lots of partying sorts about, complete with vomit in the hallway not cleaned up for many hours. Rooftop pool deck area is nice, but it is where people walk their dogs and cleanup afterwards was not always done. ##### Alicia S.
