Close to Disney & Universal parks travel roads and Championsgate golf & restaurant row, this 6 bdrm/5.5 bath in a gated community, is perfect for a fun & safe FL getaway with the fam! Pool and game room are fun for kids and adults. You'll love watching the sun go down on the back patio! Clubhouse has a gym, walk in pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball court, playground! Perfect place to relax after the parks, grill out or stay home. You won't want to go home!  
The space  
This beautiful two story villa has a gorgeous lake view. As you enter there is a living room and dining room on the left. Next is the open concept kitchen with an eating area and a tv area. This opens out onto the large lanai which overlooks the lake. There is plenty of seating for meals and swimmers. There is a covered area for shade. Downstairs is also a king ensuite with walk in closet. There is a garden tub and shower. In the hallway to the gameroom is a 1/2 bath. The laundry room is a passthrough to the gameroom.  
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. A king ensuite, 2 queen ensuites, a full size bedroom which shares a bathroom with the twin room. The house is spacious and great for large family gatherings. All bedrooms and lounge area have TVs. There is a complimentary BBQ.
