We had a great stay! The manager was very responsive to any questions or needs that I had. Was very comfortable and close to everything. And we especially enjoyed the lazy river.

Location is great

Location was great for a mom/daughter trip. The overall cleanliness of the property was lacking - we never wear shoes in the house and socks were very dirty after just walking around for a few minutes. Furniture looks good in pictures but has seen better days, dishwasher didn't clean the dishes ended up washing everything by hand. The only other issue was the showers - the spray that comes out of those is really weird so took forever to get shampoo out of long hair. Community was quiet in this area and plenty of parking. Oh and bring pool towels if you plan on going to the pool because those aren't included for this rental!

Relaxing getaway

We were a bit hesitant to book a 1 week stay here, because there were not any reviews, however, at the end of the week, we were sorry we could not stay longer. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos! Our favorite space was the spacious balcony, but only because we could relax and look at the fountain and see the wildlife (we saw turtles, caimans and various birds). There is even a fan if you get too warm on the balcony. Having said that, the living and dining area is very comfortable and kitchen is well supplied. In fact we cooked several meals there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and we really could not fault our stay. It is not stated but you should know that you have to pay for the mini golf and kayaks. Would happily recommend this unit and would stay again next time we are in that part of Florida.
