Checked in at 4 pm all good, same day around 8 pm decided to stay one more day, paid through the app for 2nd night. Next day around 12pm called to front desk and told them that I already paid for the next day they confirmed that the payment went through. I and asked them if I can go down and little bit later to get new keys and charge for deposit I asked just one hour but they said absolutely no, you have to come right now. That’s absolutely ridiculous, I had to stop everything and go downstairs to get the new keys while I’ve been busy!
