We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed. 3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool? There is a child safety fence blocking the pool. 4) Is the kitchen fully stocked? The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.) 5) What type of coffee maker is in the home? The house itself is a very nice structure with a good location and workable layout, including game area, movie room and adorably decorated bunk bed style room. The family room is spacious as is the dining table, making the house work well for our large group. The pool and hot tub were also great, once the maintenance company had to be called to turn it on. The issues with the house are maintenance and upkeep. The dishwasher rack was in disrepair; the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker didn’t work; a panel fell off the front of a kitchen drawer; a dining chair wasn’t sturdy; toilet valves/ flushed handles weren’t tight; and the way the house was stocked was below standards for the price we paid of 500/day after adding VRBO fees (tiny bars of soap and squeeze tubes of shampoo, low quality toilet paper and paper towels; initial supply of two garbage bags for a 4 night stay, no sponges or liquid dishwashing soap, no dishwasher pods, no washing machine soap/pods). In short, the house needs a major upgrade in terms of how it is maintained with a property manager that pays attention to the details, not letting the house fall into disrepair. ##### Shay B. The problems were the pool was not heated and the hot tub did not work, so we used it as a kiddie pool for the babies. Hopefully we get refunded the 200 I paid for it. The water line in the fridge didn't work, so we had to buy lots of bottled water and ice. And the A/C in the theater room didn't work, so it was hot to watch any movies or TV in there. It stayed 81 degrees in there the whole week. The side of the Moana bed was broken, so the 8 year old just had to be careful. Other than that it was great fun! ##### Sheryl C. The theater room was also a hit… and served as a “sound muffling“ room for the kids to hang out in while the grown-ups slept in each morning. The clubhouse pool was an awesome bonus. ##### Kelli K. It had something to do for all ages. The pool, game room and theater were a big hit. There was plenty of room for everyone. The check in and check out process was very easy. Excellent communication from booking to checkout. Pool with an actual hot tub was amazing. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. Only complaint would be the bed mattresses. We went with my family of 5, my in laws, our best friends (family of 4) and one of their parents and we all fit perfectly. There was a bedroom for every adult couple and the one single, a bed room for our friend's 2 kids, and all 3 of mine fit in the Moana room. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and not be ok top of each other. 1000% would stay again. ##### Lindsay R. Our group staying at the home consisted of 3 families ages 18 months to 50 also our extended family lives locally and visited us for dinner. Highlights of the house were the pool/hot tub and the theater room. The TVs were easy to work. Watching nightly movies and the Super Bowl in the theater room was lovely. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with extra seating TV and a hot hot tub and pool after a long day at the park.Our feedback was well received and the booking and management company were great to work with. ##### Allison F. The house was beautiful, very clean. They made it very clear how to check in, so even though other reviews said it was hard to find the right gate, it was very easy for us. We did pay to have the pool heated, but we were there during a cold spell so it took many days for it to heat up. They were super communicative. Any issue we had they responded quickly. We even forgot an item there and they had it ready to ship to us. Definitely one of the better places we’ve rented. Highly recommend. ##### Amber R.
