We loved our first Windsor Hills home so much that we bought this one too. After years of renting in the area, we knew exactly what families want but rarely find — luxury hotel comfort, family-friendly amenities, and the warmth of home.

This beautifully decorated, fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is perfect for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. You’ll love the open layout, modern furnishings, and your own private screened-in heated spa pool — ideal for relaxing after a day at the parks.

The master suite features a king bed with 500-thread-count cotton sheets, a memory foam topper, a plush comforter, a private en suite bathroom, and a wall-mounted HDTV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with premium bedding and a memory foam topper, with an adjacent full bathroom. The Disney-themed kids’ room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin trundle (sleeps 4), a private Mickey-themed bathroom, and plenty of space, books, and toys.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes, cookware, and utensils. The dining table comfortably seats six.

For entertainment, there is a 51-inch HDTV with Blu-Ray/DVD player and a variety of movies, plus an Xbox 360 with Kinect. Each bedroom also has its own HDTV and DVD player. The home includes free WiFi, books, puzzles, games, and toys for all ages. Step outside to your private heated spa pool with privacy walls and a west-facing view that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A removable safety fence is provided for families with young children.

Our home is located in Windsor Hills, one of the closest resorts to the Disney parks. This gated, five-star community features a lagoon-style pool with two-story water slide and hot tub, splash pad and toddler pool, fitness center, sports courts, arcade, movie theater, billiards, and a castle-themed playground. The clubhouse also includes a small shop and café, and the resort has 24-hour gated security.

Windsor Hills is less than two miles from Disney World, 10 minutes from SeaWorld, and 15 minutes from Universal Studios. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, including Outback, LongHorn Steakhouse, several restaurants at Sunset Walk, Publix, Walmart, and Walgreens. Golfers will enjoy nearby courses such as Mystic Dunes, Falcon’s Fire, and the Disney golf courses.
