#### House of broken dreams

This was a family trip, traveling with nine grandkids ranging 4yrs to 13 and seven adults. House had so much potential but was not well maintained. Several broken pieces of furniture, appliances and baby safety gate. Trash all over property. Work vehicle parked in the garage with several containers of pool chemicals. Called immediately about child safety gate and was told maintenance would be notified no one showed up to fix. Next morning we checked out due to the unsafe conditions and lack of response from management. I would not recommend this property. Safety issues, cleanliness and difficulty get into amenities

#### Bait and Switch!! Stay away!!

I rented a property that slept 12 people. I didn’t hear from the management company, Insight Hospitality, for days. I sent them multiple emails and left a voicemail confirming everything. I still heard nothing. I found that odd since I have rented in VRBO for many years at Championsgate. I accidentally got a hold of the owner one day, Richard, I asked him why his company did not respond to me as I have not heard and my trip was soon. He said he would look into it. He called me back and said that the reservation was not in VRBO and it was somehow done on the Expedia system (Expedia owns VRBO) and the home I rented was not available but that they would try and find something. He calls me again and says they have a brand new townhome. We would be the first to stay there. I get a request from his office to pay an additional $$$ for cleaning fee. I was surprised as VRBO has always included that in their pricing. Mind you I already paid $$$$$ for the rental and an additional $$$for the VRBO fee. They be told me because it actually went through the Expedia system it did not include it. I now have a case open with VRBO to give me a breakdown of the charges because I have no idea what I paid for. I went ahead and paid for the cleaning fee. I am now $$$$$ into this rental for 4 nights! When we arrived to the rental there was trash all over the front of it due to new construction in the neighborhood. It was a new townhome and everything inside was new. Unfortunately I was lied to and it only slept 9\. We had 3 guests coming to stay with us and nowhere to sleep. They sent over mattress which didn’t help because we needed more mattresses and a bigger space. The first night we took a shower I was standing in 4 inches of water because the master tub was backed up. The sheets on all the beds had a musty smell because they were obviously stored somewhere and not cleaned. My wife had to wash all the sheets and blankets in the townhome. The beds felt like you were sleeping on concrete. There were not enough towels in the home for all of us and the digital gate passes they sent us never worked. The second night my daughters room downstairs had a mouse. The following day the mang. company, Insight Hospitality, sent pest control to put a trap. I have reached out the management company multiple times asking for some sort of compensation for this horrible experience. Richard-owner, has not responded. I will be disputing the charges with my CC company. Stay AWAY!

Our weekend stay here was more than amazing, the property was soooo beautiful pictures online were exactly how this resort appeared, amenities were better than expected & I hated we didn’t stay longer. IHM staff were very courteous, informative and professional. We resided in a 9 bedroom 5 bath home with top of the line technology aka smart house, a private pool and jacuzzi for our family vacation. Talking about relaxing 😎. Locking this location in as our permanent family getaway spot. Thanks IHM for this perfect moment!

This place is very nice. Our party of thirteen stayed in the 5bedrm&5bthrm home with swimming pool. Our place was newly built so we really loved it and they did a good job on cleanliness. They clubhouse was a added bonus it had arcade, movie theater, bar, exercise room, vollyball area, and swimming pool. Something to do for all ages.

I wanna start off by saying Jovy and Katie were great but when it came to management yea goodluck! The townhome was a disgraced. My nephews have asthma and the airfilter was BLACK AND DUSTY. Clearly never changed. A huge spider web by the stairs. And lipstick stains and human hair all over the bed sheets and pillow cases. I sent photos to insight and all they did was say sorry and refunded $90 after paying $240\. They were quickly to charge the $240 but took forever to get a response. We had to email them and call them over 100 times. Again jovy and katie helped not their fault but paying $240 for cleaning fee and we walk into a dirty non clean home is disgusting. Guys if you stay here look at the a/c filter and roof for spiders. Horrible!!! Look at the pictures!

Todo estuvo excelente lo único que no me gusto es que no había cafetera,y decía que tenía una pero no era así.Deberian dejar un poco más artículos de limpieza para el piso .No pude limpiar en el piso lo que se ensuciaba ,además es inevitable que el piso no se moje en la entrada de la piscina y no había con que secarlo .Pero por lo demás estuvo muy agradable la estancia.Hay mucha seguridad en la entrada .

It was a very nice townhome and the pool was perfect. The reason for my disappointing review was due to the fact that we got locked out of our town home and were not able to get in contact with anyone from the management team to help us. The guard wasn’t able to help us either. We called and email last night and we have yet to get a response back from anyone. A 24 hour emergency would be very important in these cases in which someone is on call.

#### Worse get away of my life! 

Don’t waste your money!! The staff and cleanliness was horrible. I booked 4 days and on the first day i noticed blood stains on my shower curtain. They sent someone in housekeeping who spoke no English and without a mask. She took the shower curtain down and left. 4 hours later i called the property to see what was going on and they didn’t know they hadn’t brought it back. Said they probably had to wash it.. long strong short about an hour later housekeeping returned with just a shower liner and we had to use that the remainder of the stay. The worse part was the ac did not work. The temp was between 85-87 the whole stay. My kids complained the whole time.. we were ready to go!
