Summary: Welcome to Fun in the Sun in Reunion, a quintessential Orlando Condo, nestled in the charming golf community of Reunion! The Space: Spend your days exploring the sprawling Disney Parks, and relax in style on the golf course views of balcony of this tranquil spot at night. Not to mention there are six community pools that are never crowded and provide plenty of splashy fun for all ages. The living room at “Fun in The Sun” greets you with warm, cozy interiors and a homey vibe. The seating area is ideal to curl up in front of the 55” smart TV. Large glass doors open onto a spacious open deck that features a 4-seater al-fresco table, overlooking the immaculate Reunion golf course. The airy kitchen is complete with glossy, wooden cabinetry and granite countertops. Full Kitchen appliances are provided for you to whip up meals at home. A coffee machine, blender, toaster, oven, microwave and refrigerator are available for your convenience. There are bar stools, perfect for cocktail soirees. The home can sleep 10 guests across 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is the master, equipped with a king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom. It has an attached balcony, with view of the Reunion Golf course and a 2-seater coffee table. Bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 have 2 full beds and smart TV. THINGS TO NOTE: \- There’s an additional bathroom. \- A washer/dryer is included. \- Plenty of parking is available. \- There is an elevator for this unit, however, the elevator is not working properly and we do not recommend that it is used. We are working with the HOA to have the elevator repaired ASAP. Guests can still access this second floor unit via stairs. \- There are 6 pools available for guest use. Please note - the large waterslide park is not accessible and only available to homeowners. \-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community. \-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. We waited outside for about 20 minutes, which initially wasn’t a big issue. it turned out to be fortunate because the keypad lock code did not work. If the cleaning lady had not let us in, we would not have been able to access the unit at all! The lock issue became a serious problem later when we wanted to go to dinner. Once inside, the unit felt noticeably warm, stuffy, and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the air felt difficult to breathe. I contacted the property manager, who was responsive and asked for photos and videos of the lock issue and AC concerns.Due to the conditions, I requested a refund but was told this was not possible because of the property’s policy. I was informed that an AC technician would come the next morning. Unfortunately, that night was miserable—hot, humid, and sleepless for my family, especially with kids. To make matters worse, the lock seemed to reset itself throughout the night, making us feel uneasy about sleeping in the unitThe following morning, a technician arrived and confirmed the unit needed coolant and that the AC thermostat needed to be replaced. While we were on our way to the Disney theme parks, I received a message from the property manager asking if we would be back by 3 p.m. so the technician could reenter the unit. But overall needs updated, a good deep cleaning, pans were dirty, found a cockroach in kitchen, carpet needs deep cleaned and entry way needs a good cleaning.
