All on the boardwalk which is a short walk out of the hotel - not the best when raining ! Pool bar didn't open until 11.30 so needed to walk down to bakery on Boardwalk to fill reuse able mug. Needs an internal food grab and go section or Starbucks. No hotel restaurant although Flying fish on Boardwalk was excellent this would be priced if you wanted to go every night ! The Boardwalk area is a 10 minute walk to Epcot or Hollywood studios with monorail access connecting Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. You can also take the ferry from the Boardwalk to Epcot or Hollywood Studios, bus transportation is easy too. The Villa's are very nice (though ours had a leaking washing machine) and for a little more money 1 Villa is equal to two rooms, plus you get cooking amenities/washer/dryer, for us it is definitely worth it. We had a one bedroom suite. The room was extremely spacious and the kitchen was very useful. The room was perfect for my husband and I and our one year daughter. The service at the hotel was also very good. I lost my sunglasses somewhere around the hotel and when I reported them lost the next day, I had no hope of recovering them. While we were at one of the parks, they called me telling me they had found them! Also, they had afternoon activities on the lawn by the boardwalk in the afternoon for kids which was priceless when looking for ways to burn your little one’s energy. It was an excellent stay and we already booked our next stay there!
