#### Be prepared to clean yourself

The downstairs was not fully cleaned! We went that night and bought cleaning supplies. The bedding downstairs was dirty. There were ants all over the kitchen. A bees nest by the garage door. They did come take it down but threw it in the grass. We still had bees. The pool area was disgusting. They sent a guy to clean it on day 3\. I message them right away and the owners never even contacted the office. I had to call and Email them. The main rug is so gross . The carpet through out the whole house needs cleaned. I would never stay there again. This was our 4th time visiting and we have never stayed in a house that was so dirty. I didn't get the feeling the owner even cared. The front door lock never worked and I told the office twice .

#### House is great!

The property was very nice and the owners were really responsive when I contacted about internet (which was perfect, I worked from here and had no issues) . The property managers of the nearby homes do not have the high policy standards for their guests and there were some very loud neighbors a night or two. Absolutely not the fault of the owners but it's the luck of the draw of who the neighbors are wherever you stay, hotel, house, cruise etc.

Great home, very clean. The only thing I wish was different was if they Jacuzzi was able to get to hot tub temperatures, but it was known that it didn’t prior to purchase. Thank you for the stay!!
