Resort amenities include pools, lazy river, slides, splash pad, fitness center, and sports courts—all minutes from Disney, Universal, and shopping. \- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25-plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority. \- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible. \- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff. \- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen, signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses, including COVID-19\. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home. \- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry-leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers between each stay. \- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation, it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on the property. \- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don’t ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick up, turn off all lights and TVs, and lock the patio and front doors. That’s it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing, you are still on vacation. Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the community's HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units. \- Every reservation comes with free access to The Hideaway Club \- The Hideaway Club is within walking distance from this property, less than 5 minutes. \- Gated community \- 24-hour security \- Resort broke ground in 2017, so properties are newer builds Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time, and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Prompt in communication, attentive, responsive, and professional. Property: I am very OCD, carrying cleaning supplies when I travel, sleeping bag not touch the bed linen. However, this property felt like a brand new home. It was even more impressive live than the pictures depicted. Immaculately clean/spotless. . The decor was amazing (beautiful and spacious). All rooms were well coordinated. All bedrooms decor/theme coordinated with the perspective bathrooms. The kitchen was meticulous/orderly. The home had more than basic supplies/items needed to vacation comfortably. One of my biggest pet peeves is not enough Towels (face, hand, and body) and they did not disappoint. They provided more than enough (more than one of each) including a makeup towel. Also, my kids loved the private game room. We didn’t use the pool but very clean. I would highly recommend staying here. More than a 5 experience. We will be back. No need to look any further, I have found my home away from home ##### Lydia R. My only complaint waa that thete were no fans anywhere in the house. A house in a climate like Florida really needs fans for added comfort. We loved the place. The only was issue was small ants on the counter that destroyed the food but once we noticed it, we disinfected the area and didn’t place food on that side. It was clean, convenient to ESPN sports and spacious for all of us. On the last the breaker tripped on the wall with TV, WiFi and several lights. I reported it and within 10 minutes someone was there to take a look. That was so impressive as was them offering to ship back an itemthat we left behind. The property was conveniently located within 20 minutes of the 4 courses we played and the airport. The check-in was seamless and the representatives were communicative and available to answer any questions. Property is spacious with updated appliances.
