Affordable unit
The unit was the perfect size for my wife and me, was nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed (utinsels, linens, etc). On the down side, the roof was being replaced during our visit and the roofers kept their trash bin in our parking space and carelessly left nails in the parking lot. Hopefully, this won't be an issue for others. Also, the futon was not comfortable for me. Overall, though, the unit met our needs for the week.

Great stay
This was a perfect place to stay for my wife and me. It is very clean, safe, reasonably priced, and has a great view of the east side of Orem/Provo. Very close to shopping, BYU, UVU, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing home!
This home is truly THE best VRBO I have ever rented! It has a beautiful design and decor with a gorgeous view of the valley. A lot of rentals feel like oversized hotel rooms but this really felt like a home away from home that was well equipped with everything we needed from a pack-n-play for the baby to a crockpot and mixer to make real meals. The owners provide checkin information on the day of checkin but were quick to respond to messages before, during and after our stay! Thank you!

My son and I were traveling together. Advertising that the unit slept 3 felt like an exaggeration. If the unit had contained a futon that was comfortable for sleeping It would have worked fine but the futon was funky and hard as a rock. To me an air mattress does not count. Every surface was covered with fake plants and do dads. There was no room for the guest to place anything on any surface. The same was true for the cupboards. They were stuffed with stuff. I could not even put away a bag of chips or a box of crackers. They had to stay on the counter. The view could have been spectacular but the weeds and brush had grown so tall it blocked the view. Unless pods are provided for the Keurig, a drip coffee pot would have been fine. The ad should have said to bring pods.
