"Very clean"

"Average at best, on the plus side, bathroom was clean and the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. The room itself needs an update with the carpet is very soiled and the room faces the highway and the roar of trucks is noticeable. Now the oddest thing, the internet did not come in in the majority of the room, if I stayed near the front door of the room it would connect, I mentioned it to the front desk but no solution was provided. "

"The property and room was very cleaned, But there was nothing to do and I called and asked the desk clerk before I booked was there activities she told me all the activities they have. But when I got there It was just the pools ,So we was bored. 4/20- 4/22"

"Beautiful hotel located in the historic district of Bethlehem. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff is so friendly and helpful from the guys parking cars and directing you to the parking lot to the receptionist as you check-in. The person who checked us in was particularly wonderful as she made the extra effort to talk to my daughter about the college she is attending, her major, etc. The personal touch was very much appreciated. We always try to stay at Hotel Bethlehem - when it isn't fully booked!"
