« Upon arrival Marie greeted us at the door and was very welcoming to her home. It is a split level apartment above Marie’s half of the home but there are several notes telling you not to worry about noise which was very nice and put us at ease (not that we were planning to get rowdy but we didn’t want to disturb Marie). Such a beautiful home overall and everything was well tended to and felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!! »

« We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It was ideal for a large group. Plenty of room for multiple families to have privacy and extra room for the teens to hang out! Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again. »

« Spectacular location right on the First Connecticut Lake. House had everything we needed: comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, kayaks, puzzles and games, grill and sunny deck. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Eould definitely stay here agsin. »

« Check-in instructions were emailed a few days in advance. The cabin is so cute and cozy. Having 6 of us, it was a little cramped inside, BUT, we spent 90% of our time outdoors anyway. The beds are super comfortable! They had all the basics we needed, like toiletries, a coffe/keurig combo machine with pods readily available. There are a few basic seasonings and such in the kitchen. Theres a breeze way room/porch that helped really expand the living space inside. (Great for morning coffee)The...

« Everything was as expected. The only negative to mention is that the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned after the previous guests departure. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay! We would definitely book again! »
