"We loved staying here! It’s secluded, intimate, and just picture-perfect. Abner was a great host and responded to small hiccups we experienced throughout the stay. There’s no light pollution so the stars shine bright and the howler monkeys made their presence known at night. The view in the morning is something to write home about. The rooms are very comfortable, the property feels like elevated summer camp, and the staff are amazing. It’s about a 10 minute drive to town, but there’s enough to do on property that you don’t even care. It’s a haven after a day of exploring around San Ignacio’s ruins and caves. Book it!"

"This is a great location, very peaceful. Nice to have a restaurant on site. They were very accommodating given that we had early morning tours. They fed us a tad earlier than they typically open. They were very helpful with everything. The location is uphill from town so we would walk down and take a $5 cab ride back up after dinner. The food at the restaurant was good. Lots of breakfast options. "
