"This is the most adorable camper! Very well laid out, modern technology and appliances. very, very comfortable beds, 10 for the foam mattresses. Very close to the bathhouse, which was well maintained and clean. Owners are wonderful to work with, very communicative and responsive. A absolute pleasure!"

Super clean. Really nice lounge and eating area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was actually pretty good with variety. And the best surprise was the "social" every night during the week - not just appetizers, but you can basically have a meal...with free beer and wine! What a deal!

We were in Topsail recently scouting out spots for a future vacation and found this hidden gem there.
Sea Vista is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. Very relaxed, great ocean views for the sunrise. The beach was very clean and quiet, just steps from the hotel.
The motel itself was rustic and a great sandy beach vibe. They have outdoor showers as well! A quick ride to Surf City to stock up on supplies.
We met some very friendly neighbours and the staff was very welcoming. This is a place...
