I enjoyed having my coffee each morning out on the dock. Met some really nice folks. Just a few things that we were disappointed in. There was a part of the screen missing on the porch, which limited us to sitting out at night. The pocket door to the bedroom didn't work. And we ended up having to buy ice since the ice maker didn't work & there were no ice trays. Quiet place even on the weekend when things picked up a bit.
