We came to see the flowers at Hatachi Seaside Park and fee that the hotel was a good choice due to its proximity to the train station and the park. It is about 15 minutes by bus or taxi to the park. "Customer service is non existent. Staff almost never around. Beware that they refuse to provide with extra towels or pillows. Bathroom is tiny. Kitchen comes with a pan and spatula but absolutely nothing else - what is the point? No cutlety, no bowls, no plates. They expect you to eat out of the hot pan with your bare hands after cooking a meal. "

"The property is huge and awesome. We took a walk around and were impressed by the opulence… certainly a class of its own ! We enjoyed the peaceful lounge where we had a drink on the house. We loved the courtyard where we had a lovely French dinner. We also had a wonderful Japanese dinner. Both the meals were of high quality and reasonably priced. Service was immaculate! We had a 4-night stay and felt very much at home. The room design was classic and very well kept and the amenities were of high quality too ! Staff were very helpful esp Mr Ryn…There was always someone at the hotel front to receive us warmly. Although there were many on going private functions, we did not feel the crowd. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! "

"The hotel’s facilities were great, and the breakfast was also very good. The staff were truly kind and helpful. I would love to come back again. One thing I don’t quite understand is that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The room itself was fine, and since the window could be opened, I was able to ventilate it and it was okay. I hope the hotel enforces stricter rules against guests who break the rules and smoke in their rooms. I really recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the facilities is excellent for the cost. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised that they even had a public bath."
