Negative first: the breakfast they offer is a voucher for a cafe in the nearby train station. Not in the hotel. The curtains in the room don't block enough light. Beyond those things, this is an excellent upscale Japanese business hotel. Very clean. Modern TV. Bigger modular bathroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Great staff.

Wonderful room

The location was super convenient, being so close to the train station. The room was very clean and the shower pressure was wonderful. I found the beds to be some of the most comfortable we experienced in Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located with less than a minute walk from station exit. The room is super cleana and facilities are in good condition. The only thing to criticize is the checkin via checkin machine took quite some time.

Room is clean and comfortably spacious for 1 pax. Bed & pillows are firm but comfortable. Comparing to their Sapporo property, personal amenities provided are adequate but can be much improved. Staff are polite and friendly. Location is perfect, just about 2min walk after exiting the Station.

Room cleaning has three levels, No clean, Eco Clean then full clean you can opt foe either with a sticker placed on your door each morning. Ecven with No clean you will receive a bag with a full set of towels bottle of water a d clean pjs. Hotel could hardly be closer to Mito station, just 2 mins walk. All the shopping you need within walking distance. The bus station is close by too

Mets Mito Hotel is within walking distance from the train station. There is a shopping mall with supermarkets and restaurants, so it is very convenient. The bathroom is a bit small and the carpet is a little old. But overall, it is a pretty good hotel. If we go to Mito again, Mets Hotel will still be our top choice!
