The room was filthy! I looked at the floor under the beds and there was dirty q tips along with an old toothbrush. The toilet was broke and only worked after you messed with the inside then it would fill with water. No trash can in the room and when I brought it to the managers attention about the toilet and trash can he just shook his head yes and said nothing!! Walls were filthy with dirt and questionable things and the floor had dirty everything. Never stay here!!

Bathroom fixture is missing or unfinished, no cover on the fan. The door is not completely sealed, and curtain doesn’t close fully. Bed headboard has scratch marks and colored smear. Should have paid extra $10 and stay somewhere else

Expedias virtual card was denied so had to wait on phone for over an hour with expedia to even check in. Then the hotel had roaches, no snoke detector and was absolutely run down and dirty lookinh. Looked like it shouldve been in the ghetto instead of the more middle to upper class area of town.and the staff is very nosy, ride and even goes to the extent of harrassing guests. Ir at least me. Every room gets worse and worse every time i stay at the hotel. The price is very very cheap and im really beginning to understand why. Oh and their wifi that they advertise as having free, rately works and constantly goes out.

There was literal human feces on the stairs leading to the room, everything was disgusting and broken. Multiple homeless people outside. I would never stay here again.

The entire parking lot was covered in litter and broken down vehicles. There was alot of graffiti on numerous outside walls. The room was extremely filthy. Finger prints everywhere, hair on toilet. Toilet broken. Room smelled terrible. We turned immediately around and went back to the office and asked for a refund which they refused.

I had an issue with the room their were roaches all over the bathroom and it wasn't clean. They moved me but I had a late check-in for 1 pm. They woke me at 11 to have me out. They were very rude. I wont be back.

Worst Stay Ever
It was horrible. The 1st room heater didnt work, 2nd room investead with bed bugs causing me to get bit up badly and lnow I am sick from tge reaction of the bites. When pictures were showed of the bed bugs they gave me a room with no pillows, no heat, also had bed bugs, and the room was never cleaned. Horrible. The room had broken glass and incents shoved into the lighting and all they could say was this is all we got.

Place was disgusting. Mirror taped to wall and no shower head, mold in corner of bathroom. Toilet wouldnt flush. Holes in wall, floor filthy. Stairs outside to go up to room still ice covered. Balcony sloped. Reserved smoking room but got moved to non smoking due to boiler in other section had blew up and no water. It is litterally the most gross place i have stayed at

When we pulled up the outside was trashy and I tried too get my money back and no refund. Everything and Im not kidding was dirty and in disrepair. The front door had a crack around the whole thing the stairs outside had one broke. The curtains, bathroom fan, bedspread, matress was gross and needed replaced. Ive yraveled the US and never ever stayed at a place like this, terrible. The fire alarm in 2 rooms were broke and the top was missing. Yes I have pics. People that owns property like this and actually reants rooms like this needs to be shut down. Discusting

The place is filthy sticky floors no maintenance whatsoever. Toilet leaks from the floor the sink is clogged it smells furniture is all beat up and the place is full of drug addicts and it's noisy as hell. I can't believe he gets away with running it like that but it is filthy, I'm talking a serious bacteria fest. smells like sewer and there is chunks of crud and dirt in every corner and worse. It is a real dump I tried to cancel it but the damn app wouldn't let me so Merry Christmas to me and Merry Christmas to you and all yours

Found multiple hairs in bed and asked for new sheets they said we have none to tomorrow . Person at desk said he would be up in 5 mins , never can up . Asked for another room they said don’t have any . Dropped of key and left , went to a comfort inn instead

Directly after checking in there was someone that had been sitting in the lobby trying to hide behind a door and stare at me while I got my things to go to my room. The room itself had stained sheets, a terrible smell of cleaner that choked me upon arrival, and had the smoke alarm pulled out from the wall. Once I got settled in I was fine, but very unsafe atmosphere overall.

I didn’t look at recent reviews and only looked to see that it had 5 out of 10 stars and I thought it would be fine for one night. When we pulled up it was in very bad shape. It was obvious that people were living here. We walked in and tried to open the door to get to the desk but it was locked. The guy motioned us to a little window. The window was in a room with slot machines. We got our key and went to the room. The stairs were in rough shape. There was food and junk strewn on them and the concrete was falling apart. When we got to the room, the door seemed to unlock but wouldn’t open. It seems like the deadbolt was locked from the inside. At this point, after seeing the people who were living here and several hookers hanging around, we decided to cut our losses and leave. We went back down and saw the “No Refunds” sign, told the guy the door wouldn’t open and that we were leaving. We went across the street and got a room at a nicer place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Everything wasn’t working, 3 of the 6 washers and dryers were broke, the ice maker door was broken, the pool was out of order. I went to take a bath and found black hair covering the drain. There was no trash pail in the room. I asked the person who registered me if there were ice buckets in the room, there wasn’t. I took photos of the room to send to you. There were trash bags sitting outside the doors in every other room, and this was around 4:00 pm, way after the cleaning people had cleaned for the day. The phone was extremely dirty!! The furnishings were extremely old and worn down. The bath towel in the bathroom was about the size of a placemat, and extremely thin.
