Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess. "

"This place is conveniently located near Monivong Boulevard and Psar Thmey. It's a great value: not luxurious, but I don't feel like I'm compromising safety or comfort. Cold A/C, helpful staff, loads of hot water. The internet access isn't great, but I have a generous data plan on my phone, so it wasn't an issue. Pro-tip: skip the expensive hotel breakfast and walk to the corner. There's a shop within spitting distance that sells the city's best bai sach chrouk (grilled pork on rice), which matches perfectly with the sweet iced coffee. And in the evenings, they sell beef skewers and baguettes. Some of the best food in the Penh."
