« On arrival floor was filthy. The bathroom fan buzzed instead of moving air. Icecold water for showers at 8am. The pull out couch for our second guest was filthy with spills so we shared the other bed. There was no bedding for said pull out. There were ants under the kitchen sink. Would never book here again, would sleep in the car first. »

« The home is darling with all the amenities anyone could ask for! Checking-in was a challenge because the code would not work on the door and it took a really long time to get ahold of someone to help, but I’m sure they have fixed the issue at this point. »

« We couldn’t use a unit because the door code was wrong. Guest service was not helpful and repeatedly asking if we know how to use the lock. We ended up squeezing 11 people in 3 rooms at 12:30am, with makeshift beds and jackets as comforters. Nobody slept well that night. Manager refused to offer reasonable refund or even call back to address the issue. It’s a nightmare experience and but we didn’t even receive a formal apology. Stay away at all cost. »

« I enjoyed the space. There was plenty of room for me and all 6 of my kids. The outdoor space where the fire pits are was very well kept, and the shared space around there, my kids really enjoyed it. I did not like that it seemed very outdated. The TV in the living room would not work, and the lights in the living room did not work. The shower upstairs had I think black mold on the bottom of the shower in the corners. And the parking spot had ivy that was over grown and the bush next to it had...
