« Okay this may be my new favorite hidden gem hotel in San Antonio! First off, the staff was absolutely top notch! Heather was phenomenal during check in! She was so great with my cranky overstimulated kids! She absolutely made our night with her kindness! Even the other hotel guests were incredibly kind with us and our children! The construction was annoying, I-35 is bad enough-but our trip was excellent and this hotel far exceeded my expectations!! »

« I didn't like the breakfast the egg was really cold and had a texture like watery did not taste like egg. And the sausage was just heated like on microwave »

« A little dated but very clean, breakfast was standard, drinks and dinner at night were a nice touch. Originally I was on the top floor and the AC did not keep up and was warm. As some visit to the front desk and was moved to a lower floor and was nice and cool. Overall nice property and has that "resort" feel. One guest referred to it as their "stay-cation". »

« We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience. »
