She was so great with my cranky overstimulated kids! She absolutely made our night with her kindness! Even the other hotel guests were incredibly kind with us and our children! The construction was annoying, I-35 is bad enough-but our trip was excellent and this hotel far exceeded my expectations!! »

The biggest positive is its convenient location for where I needed to be, although finding the entrance from Pat Booker Road and I-35 can be a little confusing. The check-in experience got the stay off to a poor start. « Everything was great except 2 things, the drain in the bathtub took a while to drain when I was taking a shower, and the other thing was our AC unit was making a weird sound, I believe it was coming from the fans it came on around 4am and wasn’t able to go back to sleep. « We got to our room it had a bad smell and found hair in the sheets. Room needed updating we were so tired we feel asleep and got up and the ice Machine had mold under it and probably in it.
