« L’hôtel ressemble plus à un marriott de cancun qu’à un 4 Seasons. Il est regrettable d’avoir à marcher 15 min pour aller a sa chambre, inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce genre de devoir se lever à 6h du matin pour avoir un transat extérieur. Chambre mal insonorisée. À 770$ la nuit on s’attend à une meilleure qualité, surtout quand on connaît les standards de la chaîne d’hôtel. C’est un peu du vol compte tenu de la prestation intérieure. Mais bon... c’est un resort de vacances en bord de plage. »

« We have stayed at Hanua Kai many times and it’s our favorite resort in Kaanapali. This condo was fantastic. We went with our two young girls and the 2 bedroom was very nice to have and it had a tv in the room where they could relax and wind down at night It was clean on arrival and had all the amenities and supplies including beach supplies which was awesome. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anybody. Thanks for the great stay. »

« L'établissement est récent et design. Les piscines sont magnifiques, la plage très belle. Les services sont OK. La chambre est jolie mais pas très grande. Par ailleurs elle n'est pas très pratique : on accède aux toilettes et au placard par... la salle de bains ! Il n'y a quasiment pas de rangement. Enfin, tout est hors de prix. Il faut commencer par payer 70 dollars par jour pour le parking avec voiturier (obligatoire) et les "resort fees" (qui n'incluent pas grand chose à part le wifi). Les...

"Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous avons dû gérer et nettoyer la situation nous-mêmes, ce qui a grandement affecté notre expérience. Nous avions également mentionné que ce séjour marquait notre 15e anniversaire. Malheureusement, aucune attention particulière ni geste de reconnaissance n’a été offert, ce qui a été décevant compte tenu de l’occasion. Finalement, lors de notre repas au restaurant de l’hôtel, l’entrée et le plat principal ont été servis en même temps, et les deux étaient froids. Cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un établissement de votre catégorie. Nous souhaitions vous partager ces éléments afin que vous puissiez en prendre connaissance et améliorer l’expérience client. Nous espérons qu’un suivi pourra être fait concernant cette situation."
