"A stop on the via Francigena to room my room was in a block across the yard from hotel where the first floor appeared to be an apartment. Room very modern good WiFi but no hot water at four in the afternoon I needed a shower after a 23km walk. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to be on the road in the morning. "

"The hotel was in a good location to bike to Rome and overall it was a good stay, but there was a lot of noise outside of our hotel room late at night and we had what sounded like someone trying to get in our door once we had gone to sleep which scared us. But it's an older hotel, still very clean, but just loud doors so maybe it was just other people opening and closing their doors."

"Most of the amenities were shut no shuttle bus, managed to get a lift from the staff a couple of times but had to get taxis most of the time"

"Whilst it proved a little difficult to arrange check in once I had this information it was simple enough. The room and property itself was spacious and clean. Excellent value for the price. "

"La habitación estaba limpia, el personal del hotel algo desatenta y algo antipática (Sabrina),las tiendas lejos o muy lejos para los que no tienen un transporte, excelente ubicación para personas con carro para los que no tienen , se les recomienda otro lugar.en la piscina hay que pagar Monse informa que no se tiene derecho y en el lugar luego la cobren"

"If I could give more stars I would! What a beautiful unique place! the staff was like a family & took such good care of us. For dinner they went to their garden & brought back fresh vegetables to cook for us ONLY! It was magical & a beautiful escape from busy Rome! I will definitely go again! "
