« The 1820s restored log cabin was an absolute delight. It was beyond our expectation in every area. All the rooms and living spaces and kitchen were very clean and well maintained.We especially liked the decor which was so tastefully and meticulously done. The wraparound porch with swings was great. One could sit on the swings and enjoy the serene setting, the great view and the sunset. We stayed for two nights but wished we could have spent more time. « Our crew of 10 loved staying in this cozy cabin for the weekend. The listing doesn't do justice to the beautiful creek that sits just in front of the house. We were concerned about having to cross the creek, but it ended up being mostly a very wet driveway at that point fortunately. So many little amenities to make it feel like home! We are hoping to stay here again in the future. »

« The property is beautiful. It was a nice getaway with family and a fun time playing games in the barn with the kids. One recommendation, the pans need replacing. They were pretty scratched up. That can cause health concerns and misproper cooking of food. »
