"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "An old fashion hotel, not really inviting and also not sure why this hotel has 4 star rating. It was good enough for one night! The hotel has a huge potential that unfortunately not being used! "

"Rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen space was good too. The bathroom was so tiny that a person couldn’t even use the toilet properly. The washbasin was so close to the toilet it made me so uncomfortable They have a lot of space in the upper portion, but I don’t understand why they haven’t used i properly "

"The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area."
