Excellent customer service. Nice comfortable and clean rooms and the free hot breakfast is definitely an added bonus . This is our favourite hotel to stay at when we go to the city

Old building but really neat and historical looking. We got a single room, which had a double bed and a small couch. The bathroom is small. No way two people could get ready at one time. It has a really cool bar/restaurant which is super convenient; however, the World Cup was going on, so the bar was packed and SO LOUD! We were on the first floor, right above the bar, and you could hear everything. They also had live music (one guy with a guitar), which was also pretty loud. Thankfully, both things got over relatively early. Speaking of loud, the window fan is very noisy, and we only had it set on 2 out of 10. Overall, I would recommend it for the location and the on-site bar/restaurant, which also has a great patio. It has on-site parking, which was great. I really loved the way the building is set up with the bar/restaurant/patio. I might request a room on a higher floor, just because of the noise.

This was the best stay we have had in a long time! We were greeted at the front desk by Rachel who made us feel right at home. We will stay here again.
