"Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and was within walking distance of many places. The only thing I would have to add to improve on is some of the staff at the front desk are not friendly. No smile, no greeting, and one of them I said good morning to and she just looked at me and didn't respond. I did not let this affect my rating because a couple of the women up front were very welcoming, and I shrugged off the grouchiness from the other women. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic and I would stay here again."

"Rooms are very clean well appointed and nicely decorated. The pool deck is awesome and a great place to hang out after a long afternoon walking around town. Bar area was our favorite, great for afternoon drinks, with an excellent beer selection. The staff is very professional and friendly, they took time to recommend good spots for dinner, which really helped on our first time visiting."

"Hotel is beautiful. Property well maintained. Room was clean. Easy check in, our room was ready even though we were early. Ate at Cedric’s for lunch. Their pork burger was delicious! Took advantage of the trolley back and forth to the Biltmore Estate! "

"Stayed with my two kids, husband, and mother. The room was clean, staff was very nice, the breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks! Would definitely stay again!"

"The rooms do not have closets, fridges, or coffee machines. It’s not a big deal if you are only staying for a night, but any longer than that and it is a bit inconvenient. "
