"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s modern, stylish, and has a real upscale feel to it. My room was spacious and had a fresh, clean scent when I walked in. One feature I especially appreciated was the shower handle—it’s positioned on the wall across the shower, so you won’t get wet when you turn it on. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest with that signature Southern hospitality. The website mentions free drinks and hors d'oeuvres, but it doesn't do justice to the generous offering. Each guest is entitled to three free alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, beers, and liquors, as well as a hearty dinner. The food was excellent—Alfredo pasta, grilled chicken, chili, and hotdogs with plenty of fixings. Breakfast was another highlight. It featured sausage patties, grits, eggs, biscuits and gravy—the biscuits were buttery and absolutely delicious. The pool and gym facilities were clean, well-equipped, and enjoyable to use. Overall, I was very impressed, and I will definitely choose Drury Plaza Hotels for my next stay. I’d also happily return to this location the next time I visit. "

"We visited for 5 days for St.Patricks Day 2026...the location was key...close to everything. We parked our car in valet and walked everywhere...All the workers/staff were nice, helpful and curtious . They all remembered our last names... Thank you "

"The air conditioning unit needs to be upgraded. It gets warm in the rooms. Our room was next to the elevator and that's all we heard. "

"The location was great! We Would have preferred the river side, due to noise and visually not appealing. The room was much smaller than we had expected, too cramoed with chaise and no sitting area. There were several things that we were not happy with. There was a strong fragrance coming through the hvac system that was so strong and floral, the handheld shower head was not working great, stuck on strong pressure. The room was extremely humid, we had to keep the air conditioning running to avoid the windows steaming up. The other problem we had, that we will be aware of in looking hotels in the future is that the handicap rail were on the left side and that doesn’t really work well for handicap people that are right handed, stroke. "
