Oil Springs Vacation Packages

Check in information was not provided. When I asked on the day of check in, it took them a week to respond. I had to call and it was still unclear. The room was eventually fine but not in great shape.

Shower doors weren't cleaned completely but the rest of the premises are fantastic! Great location. The host was more than accommodating and prompt and they were thoughtful enough to leave 2 robes for our comfort, which was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion: I get that it's winter and I'm a Canadian, but re: the hot tub is to maybe install a wall of some kind/wrap the 3 sides in winter to block the wind. I still enjoyed it in the blizzard! I also noticed that there wasn't a spare blanket in the room but I just turned up the heat and all was well. Overall I love the kiwi and will be back!

I didn’t know what to expect since there were no decent photos of the rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough although pillows were quite lumpy. We were placed in a room with a connecting door which ended up being quite loud - we could hear our neighbours when they were speaking in a normal conversation volume. Staff were friendly.

Not a bad hotel. Bathroom could use a ventilation fan to prevent musty smell and prevent bacterial growth. Possibly a tougher scrub on the shower tiles and re-sealing of shower surround. I think the heating boiler could use a service from Laskey's Services as only one rad was working. Hotel staff was very kind and decent on check in and throughout our stay. Room itself was clean and bed + bedding was okay. Overall, a fine place to rest your head and enjoy the town for a few days.
