« This hotel was so disgusting and unsanitary, we cancelled after the first night and went elsewhere. And when we were told to contact Expedia for a refund, they refused to authorize the refund. There were bugs, mold, and literal poop smeared in the floors of the bathroom. And to be told that we could have the two nights refunded that we did not stay and then now being told we cannot be refunded, is scamming at its finest. Do not waste your time or money staying here. »

« From the time of booking to the time of check out the host and staff were amazing and communicated so well. We had zero issues or concerns but had we needed them they were readily available. « We love Jennifer's vacation home. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We unpacked and felt right at home. Located across the street from the water with free use of paddle boots and kanus. Wifi, TV, books and games were also available. Check-in was easy and Jennifer kept asking that we needed anything else. We enjoyed our time and will be back in spring 2026.
