"NO help from staff. Wasnt even given hand soap for bathroom, and was shrugged off when we asked for it. Students tend to work here, and they do not know what they're doing. "Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. "5 floors to climb with luggage and 3 taverns at the base, next to 3 train tracks. These things need to be disclosed. Top floor loft, so low head cover. "We had an overall lovely stay. The location is close to Lucerne, but car/bus not walking distance. Very spacious house, with 5.5 bedrooms (the 0.5 is one room with a bunk bed is attached to another one of the rooms) that could easily sleep 11 people - so it was very comfortable for our group of 6.
