"Nice place, good location in very quit neighborhood. Some small improvements could be made with what the rental cost is. Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to.
