COZY & LUXURY Apt with LAKE VIEW, cable and fast WiFi near all Attractions!

This home boasts of serenity and peace with a touch of luxury! Everything you need is here. The property is conveniently located near the turnpike making it an easy in and out. It surrounded by lots of great places to shop and eat as well as all amenities you may require. Publix grocery store, banks, fitness centers , Keke’s restaurant etc are a couple minutes
away. Its less than 20 minutes drive to the Convention center, Orlando Icon, Universal, Premium Outlets, Downtown, Pointe Orlando and Main Event for entertainment, food and night life. Disney and Universal are less than 20 min drive as well. If you need to do some work, you have a desk and our fast wifi for that. And you get to relax on an oversize patio with a water front view!!!

Very clean & quiet. Great area.

Even though it’s an apartment building, it was very quiet. Lovely view. Nice walking trail. Very clean. Would highly recommend. In a great area which is convenient to grocery store & restaurants.

Adorable interior unit with a lovely screened porch to enjoy the fountain and pond. Fresh paint, super clean, lovely zero entry community pool and grills. Delicious courtesy snacks were a fun welcome to our stay. Thank you!
