"It was a nice cozy little place. The mattress could be changed out for a new one but that’s about it."

My challenge was that although it is pet friendly and that amenity is highly promoted, I was charged significant additional fees without advance notice. No additional fees were noted at the time of booking and upon arrival I was required to pay these upon checking in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time."

"Beds had bed bugs, got all bitten up. Went to tell the front desk about it and to check out. They told me that they will have a tech come out and check out the room. The next morning I spoke to a manager and they said the tech said there was nothing because all the beds were “new”. Gave me a refund for one night. Still had two more nights that didn’t get refunded."
