"This was our first visit to Ocean Springs for our son's wedding at the Walter Anderson Museum. This home is in a wonderful location and is well appointed. The description is accurate, and Mimi is a very attentive and responsive host. She went out of her way to find something I'd ordered for the wedding that didn't arrive so I would have it. We even had a chance to enjoy riding the bikes she provided on our last day there after the wedding. "

"My sister and I were in Ocean Springs to bury our brother at the Biloxi National Cemetery. We love the quaintness of the town and the close proximity to Biloxi. Irvin's condo was perfect for us in that it has 2 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and bedding, a lovely living room with enough seating for 4 or 5 other friends after the service, and a perfect little kitchen with a Keurig coffee pot. The bathroom is small and not for people who need handicap-accessibility features and is not sound proof, so remember to always turn in the vent fan , but it was clean! Check-in is a breeze, Irvin and Chris respond quickly to inquiries, and the property is quiet and in a great location. The living room has a nice television, comfortable furniture (white, so not as suitable for young kids), and nice table books. There is a throw in the console cabinet and board games. Very homey. My sister and I did not use the pool because there were a lot of other condo owners using it, and we did not use the golf cart because we were unaware of a waiver form and rental fee. I requested the form but never received it by email, which was ok since we had so much going on with the funeral. My suggestion is to make sure potential renters are aware there is an extra fee for the cart and receive the form ahead of time. I slept so well every night and appreciated staying in such a perfectly cleaned unit. Thank you again, Irvin. I highly recommend this property. "
