First of all the house is in a great location, on a private dead end street. It's an easy walk to downtown Ocean Springs and to all the restaurants and shops. In addition the Lazy Oak Bistreaux is at the end of the same street as the house, and it has great breakfast food and sandwiches. The house is very clean and the layout is good providing privacy for all guest. The living room and dining room areas are very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. We will definitely stay here again. Very walkable, safe area. Great brunch spot right on the corner. The house has a nice big patio, and the inside was very comfortable. The house is just right, very comfortable, has everything you could ever need, the beds are great, the kitchen well stocked, all the little niceties in place so all you have to do are a bring your clothes. The location can’t be beat. Walkable to all the local attractions including restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and the beach!! The host, Mimi, is delightful to deal with and always available should you have a question. Of all the rentals we’ve stayed in over the years, this is our favorite!! ##### Mandy B.
