"Older but kept up nicely. This is our 2nd time staying here. Can't beat the location! Close to town center and ocean front is incredible. We were able to check in a bit early which was great. It is only 1 house down from a beach access so beach gets a bit crowded. Outdoor shower is nice. Kitchen is stocked w/ whatever you need. "

"Great location. The back porch/deck was my favorite part of the house. There was plenty of room for the 5-6 of us. I learned OIB only allows for umbrellas or shibumi shades. The house has a few beach chairs so be sure to bring some or rent them. "

Everything was as expected; well stocked kitchen, plenty of room at the table for family dinners and close enough for the teens to go get ice cream, açaí bowls, donuts - as well as play putt putt. Had one issue which was quickly addressed and really ended up to be a non-issue. Very very responsive! Would definitely recommend. "

"Our stay was fantastic, the check-in was very easy and check-out was even easier. This tiny home was perfect for myself and my sister, we stayed comfortably. The only thing I would say is the shower is small so be prepared, but that definitely did not take away from the experience. There were also ants in the kitchen and bathroom, I realize this time of year ants are bad in general so maybe there could be traps or they could be sprayed for. All in all our stay was great and met all of our expectations for cleanliness, space, and communication. "
