Things to Know \* Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. \* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. \* All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. \* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. \*A $60 cash non-refundable building registration fee per vehicle is due at check-in at the Atlantis. Parking is available for one vehicle. $60 for an additional space based on availability. Please ensure that any necessary permits are displayed at all times. \* Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. \* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. That was a surprise.Check in girl for Vacasa was a tad rude and was eating the entire time when I asking questions about the 60 fee and check in at the property. Still don’t know if that for parking or registering. . Bathroom floor was a little dirty as was an attachment on the tub black on calk.Beautiful view from Windows looking out on the ocean but he windows were cloudy.Most of my concerns from reading reviews were unnecessary. The bed wasn’t broken, the mattress did have a cover, there were plenty of towels. The cookware WAS a little funky so we pretty much ate outFor the most part the place was clean. I think the cost a little steep for a studio apartment. But it was oceanfront and during a very peak part of the summer. So I didn’t mind paying that. ##### rich m.
