Expansive ocean views from every angle, super easy beach access, wonderful atmosphere in the quiet north end of OC. Linens included! Property Amenities \- King size bed queen sleeper \- Large outdoor pool \- Elevators \- Dedicated high-speed WiFi and router w/ ethernet (Xfinity 100Mbps) \- 2 Smart TVS with Xfinity, Roku \- Keyless check-in 24/7 This one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps four guests and features a full kitchen, oceanfront balcony, dining area, living room, and bayside sitting room. The bedroom has a king size bed, and living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Air conditioning is provided by wall units, and heat from the baseboards. Please note that this condo does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, however there is coin operated laundry in the building on level M. Linens and towels are included with booking! Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available in the building for your use during your stay. Included: \-Linens for each bed \-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) \-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper RECOMMENDATION: Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking. Guests will have full access in the condo. Linens ARE included in this listing (fresh sheets, pillow cases, bedcovers, blankets, towels). Please note that the requirements and pricing of any fee that the building charges is subject to change, and is out of the host s control. In the case that anything changes prior to your stay we ll alert you as soon as we know about it. \* The week prior to Memorial Day through the end of September: Guests must pay a registration/parking fee upon arrival to building, $50 per stay. Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building s discretion. \* Maximum occupancy of 4 \- No groups under 25 years old \* Outdoor pool is scheduled to open the week of May 24th until mid-September. \* Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am. \* Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute, which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor. \* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish tablets \* Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping. Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee. If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
