"This property is an authentic German hotel and it is in a charming section of the Neuschwanstein Castle area. The staff is friendly and helpful. All aspects of their food services are good and authentic. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in the village. "

"We just had the best breakfast on the planet! Seriously!
Our room was very nice with a few flaws. The carpeting is very old, hard as tile with lots of stains and wear marks. There is a three inch step by the door that is easy to trip over. The water temperature of the small shower varies. We had to park in a dirt lot a block away. The bed was very soft. But the breakfast saved the day and will be remembered.
The service was very nice."
"Lovely hotel, perfect location, super friendly staff. Even got a few ticket to take the bus to the castle. Only minor downfall was no shower gel in the room"
