Our only issues were: 1.Check in could have been smoother if the receptionist (who chose not to come out) had been more helpful in showing us to our room. Specially since we arrived within regular reception hours \~ 3pm. We were left to wander around a bit before eventually finding our room in another building. 2\. Also, some tea/coffee sachets would be very welcome in the rooms. 3\. The pillows are like a square sack of potatoes. Absolutely no support. These need replacing in my opinion. Otherwise a very lovely property. Praktisch waren die elektrischen Vorhänge. Toll die Aussicht und der Balkon. The breakfast was reasonable priced and had a great spread of options, my favorite being the option to boil your own egg. The rooms were spacious and provided some of the most stunning views of the area. Truly a top-notch one of a kind experience. Housekeeping did not clean our room . We stayed 2 nights. We rented an apartment. No paper towels, only one tea towel. Trash in our rooms was not removed while we stayed there. No clean towels. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree they thoughtfully placed in our room was a lovely touch – it made our stay feel extra special. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and amenities. The hotel's location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional staff. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort and happiness.
