Really cute hotel in a great location, super close to all the main attractions in Oaxaca City. The room was cozy, the products were great, and the bed was so comfortable. The AC was also a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Literally perfect. Everyone should try this place! The food, the staff, the art, the attention to detail, the authentically perfect service. I can’t recommend more highly. Perfect for beginner to experienced Oaxaca travellers.

Casa Arrona is a wonderful accommodation. A well appointed room, fantastic staff and an amazing breakfast. We will definitely return to stay for a few more days.

A perfect spot to make your Oaxacan home base. Nice and very clean suites with everything we needed (small kitchen, indoor seating area, clean lovely bathroom and small table and chairs outside and mostly importantly a large and comfortable bed!). A good easy breakfast included. But the best part was the wonderful and personable owner, Dulce. We came for Dias de los Muertos and Dulce (the magical owner!) made sure everything went perfectly! Restaurant recommendations (all delicious!), short day...

Staff work very hard here to make guests comfortable. Free breakfast was very tasty. If you come here just make sure it's not earlier than the check in time because we arrived at 2:30 but they wouldn't let us go to our room.

Very clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended this hotel.

The “welcome” cocktail was a treat, a tasty introduction to mescal-based cocktails that are a Oaxacan specialty. Beautiful architecture and decor, and our room’s private terrace was an oasis of calm at the end of the day.

truly unique boutique hotel. tiny infill into the Oaxacan urban setting. very well done. Only issue may be street sounds as the hotel is quite open to the street (when we stayed the street was closed off so silent)

Wonderful staff that made us feel welcome the moment we arrived!

Clean hotel, staff was helpful, just use phone translation as I don't speak Spanish, location is very central.

Excellent chef. Every attention to detail. Complimentary breakfast best ever.

The Casa Acueducto is a lovely little neighborhood hotel. The best rooms are on the upper floor, so asl for one of those if available. The hotel sign is small and unobtrusive so you have to watch for it. It is attached to the hotel above the door. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Most rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker with coffee provided. The proprietor speaks good English and is able to provide useful information about the town an amenities nearby such as a bakery and...

Wonderful stay! Staff are all so lovely and kind. Breakfasts were amazing, great coffee. Wifi was fast (I did some laptop work and needed a good connection). Comfy bed, lots of pillows, great duvet, heat available in the room (necessary at night in January). Clean, nice furniture, space to put our clothing and luggage. Fresh drinking water available on each floor. Spacious bathroom, we loved the big opening with natural light. The hotel is really beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing on the...

We had a wonderful time in Oaxaca. The city has beautifully maintained historical buildings, cathedrals, delicious oaxacan cuisine, local markets in the centre, local vendors and artesanos and above all, friendly citizens who speak a very clear spanish which is easily understood. The tours were excellent and the guide/chauffeur, Moises, gave knowledgeable and entertaining presentations of the archeological sites and the villages which produced woven carpets, pottery, wooden carvings and...

Such a beautiful, quainted little place! The location is perfect, the rooms comfortable. We stayed three nights and loved it. The customer service is excellent. The only thing is the bathroom could use a more ventilation, due to the nature of dry bathrooms, ventilation is essential for this kind of bathrooms to be effective against odours. Overall a very good experience, we'd stay again.

Beautiful little spot in a highly walkable area for shops, cafes, restaurants. They give you a code to enter the building and your suite at time of check in as there was no actual reception desk. Two flights of stairs. No elevator. I think she was a cleaning lady who helped me to my room and made sure my code worked. It did not, so she contacted someone to reset it and give me the new code promptly. Not sure what I would have done without her! Otherwise lovely, clean room that I would stay in...
