"First, I called the hotel a day prior to our arrival and a receptionists named Chloe was very polite, kind and able to help us with our booking that we made through Expedia. When we arrived, it was Chloe who helped and informed us about the hotel, amenities, carpark and room booking. She is very knowledgeable. Thank you Chloe. The Room that was given to us was a family room which is very clean, comfortable beds, with two big mirrors and a comdortable single sofa seat which added to the elegance of the room. The toilet is very clean and looks amazing. There is a telephone, television, iron and ironing board, several bottles of water, kettle and sachets for hot drinks, hair dryer, lamps, portable heater and electric fan readily available to use. The carpark is just behind the hotel but there is small road that separate the hotel from the car park. Just be careful and always keep an eye with cars passing from your right when going to the car park. When leaving the car park, you need to get a code from the receptionist. We also met a very friendly cleaner named Christy Galer who prepared the room and we were amazed how clean and organized our family suite, bathroom and toilet. Before leaving the hotel amd handed back the keys of the room, I met another kind and friendly receptionist names Helen who also help us with our checking out. "Our stay was so enjoyable. The beds were comfy. The room heater was easy to operate. We had chosen an accessible twin room. The staff were lovely, we felt very welcome. We ate in the Jewels restaurant on the 2 nights we stayed and had a mix of the 2 course menu and the bar menu between us. Although we were not there for Sunday lunchtime, there was a plated roast dinner available on the Sunday evening as an extra to the printed menu. The buffet breakfast was really good and well cooked. Overall a great stay!"

"Everything was perfectly clean but the room was boiling hot with the radiator on so we went and turned it off so it slightly cooled down. The blinds didnt close though so if someone went to the bins they would've been able to see into our room which put us off. Altogether it wasn't bad for the price but the blinds needs fixing and the radiators need turning off on a hot day which could be done easily by members off staff when cleaning the room"

"Great place for an overnight. Excellent communication from owner and very helpful. However please be aware, Rolleston is a VERY small village with no amenities such as a local shop. Even the pub shuts on a Tuesday so take anything you might need with you. Great stay. Quiet and ideal if you are visiting the racecourse."

"It is a clean and tidy hotel perfectly located. It is a bit dated and in need of some TLC. When I am back in Spalding on business, i will more than likely stay here again simply for its great location. "

"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. The room was on the ground floor. The weather was quite windy and the room was not warm due to the thin windows. I am ensure if i would stay there again. Next time i would specify a room in the top floor with no window latches missing. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights over bank holiday. The place is so nice. Lovely staff. Very attentive there is a bar, cocktail bar, restaurant, rooms all greatly decorated. Food very great. Would definitely stay here again"
