"Beautiful Villa (#22) with a patio and vineyard views. We alerted the desk during checkout that the water pipes vibrated after every toilet flush. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to check out your room. That was a minor nuisance, and we didn't mind. We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at the Vineyard Rose. Food was incredible, and we toasted with the resort's sparkling Pinot Grigio. We liked it so much we bought a bottle to enjoy later. We enjoyed our stay and will request the same Villa when we return for our next celebration."

"Great customer service provided I wished the rooms had a microwave in them it was easy for me to get to the bus stop close by to get to down town San Bernardino where I was able to get the train to Los Angeles I will be staying there every time I come to CA because of the location of the hotel."
