"Crowne Plaza Changi is perfect for a stopover. A few minutes walk from baggage pickup. Quick and friendly check in. Upgraded room was amazing. Really luxurious bedroom and bathroom with beautiful bathroom products. A coffee machine with several choices of pods. I had breakfast in the Jewel which has lots of choice. "

"This property is in the center , thus it makes it very convenient to shopping , restaurant and most of all transportation.the property is clean, rooms are good interestingly has a good room space. the staffs are helpful , always ready to help you, specially the front staffs .this hotel is highly recommended . i will go back in this hotel again next year for vacation....."

"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."
