Ce qui commençait bien (5 étoile pour Chloé à l'accueuil) finira trés mal. Attrapé un virus 1ière fois après 6 mois cette année le dimanche 6 sep2026. Sentant que le virus frappait fort, dans mon empressement de sortir du spa et rentrer dans ma chambre, j'ai pris la serviette seulement et oublié le peignoir en haut sur les longues chaises. J'étais super malade le soir et j'ai decidé de quitter tôt le lundi pour rentrer chez moi et prendre mes médicaments spécifiques, laissant ma conjointe et mes invités en arrière pour faire le checkout. La receptionniste a accusé ma conjointe que j'ai volé 1 peignoir et m'a chargé $136 .82 lors du check out. Ma conjointe insistait que j'étais malade et j'avais oublié le peignoir en haut. 3 jours plus tard, une fois rétabli, j'ai rappelé l'hôtel pour expliqué la situation et la receptionniste du lundi dit que si on ne l'a pas retourné avec elle, on est chargé et a fait fit de ma peine. En plus, 2 des peignoirs étaient troués/déchirés aux épaules. Ben là, pensez vous que je suis un collectionneur de peignoir!...on se permet 3-4 longs séjours par année, je devrais avoir 50 peignoirs 'volé' au moins chez moi! J'ai bien le moyen de m'en acheter un peignoir. Pensez vous que je fais du marketing gratuit de votre hôtel avec votre fameux peignoir qui vaut de l'or! Ma conjointe et mes 4 invités sont tous tombés malades la semaine de la fête du travail. Peut-être commençer par disinfecter les lieux et utiliser un bon jugement de votre clientèle!

My family and I recently stayed at the Chalet in Quebec, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is idyllic – nestled quietly, yet conveniently close to a ski resort, making it an ideal spot for winter fun. The property itself is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for the whole family to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot tub – a fantastic way to warm up and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house was meticulously prepared, fully stocked with all the towels and cooking utensils we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Overall, the Chalet in Quebec offers an exceptional escape for families looking for both adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend!

While bed was comfortable and things were mostly clean, there is a fair amount of TLC needed. Staff member at Registration was polite. Overall very tired, especially the king suite with torn up carpet edges visible; other rooms had bits of drywall visible or doors that don't quite fit in the frames after some partial upgrades making doors difficult to open and close properly.. Cracked shower bars, missing and burned out lamps in rooms, freezers desperately in need of a defrost, cobwebs between lighting fixtures, odd mix of dishes, glasses and cutlery; One room didn't even have enough forks and spoons for the 4 people it can have. Some rooms of my party didn't have soap, washcloths or both; some had coffee pods, others didn't, no creamer options at all, sometimes sugar packets. Frequently need to call for the employee at registration and then wait for them for several minutes even during regular business hours. Ice only available at registration and no way could it make enough for more than a few guests. We had to pilfer a large enough bowl as there were no ice buckets in rooms, and also borrowed regular size glasses from the registration area where the ice is. Absolutely do not recommend and would like some money back
