Summary:  
Located just outside Norwich city centre, St Clements House offers a welcoming retreat for those looking to explore the city or the Norfolk region. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious garden, and parking for two cars, it’s ideal for both business and leisure stays. Sleeping up to six guests, this dog friendly property is a fantastic choice for stays in Norwich.  
  
The Space:  
St Clements House offers comfortable accommodation for families, work groups, or friends with three bedrooms: two with super king-sized beds and one single bedroom. An extra single bed in one of the super king rooms allows for a sixth guest.  
  
There are two first-floor bathrooms—one with a shower over bath and another with a shower cubicle—plus an additional WC on the ground floor.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, with plenty of cookware and utensils.   
  
The separate dining room, with seating for six, opens onto the garden through double glass doors.  
  
In the summer, enjoy the garden and patio with outdoor furniture. For colder days, the living room provides a cosy retreat with a flat-screen smart TV.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.  
  
An EV charging point is also available for use, payment for use can be made via the Voltshare app.

St Clements House is ideally located just 2 miles from central Norwich, offering guests quick and easy access to the city's vibrant offerings. You can reach the city centre in around 10 minutes by car, 35 minutes on foot, or by using the regular public transport routes available from the house. This convenient location makes St Clements House the perfect base for exploring Norwich and its many attractions.  
  
Norwich city centre is bustling with a fantastic range of shopping districts, pubs, cafés, restaurants, and historic attractions. A must-see is the famous Norwich Cathedral, an 11th-century masterpiece with the second-largest cloister in England. Open daily with guided tours available, it’s worth a visit even if you're short on time. If you’re looking for a peaceful break in your day, the cathedral's grounds make for an idyllic spot for a quick picnic or to relax with a sandwich as you explore the city.  
  
Norwich is also known for its wonderful parks, riverside walks, and gardens. The Riverside Walk offers scenic strolls with attractions such as Cow Tower along the way.
