« The pool and hot tub were nice and the pool side room options were nice as well. The room was very small, and the bathroom was at the back of the room instead of the front, putting the bed right by the door. Our stay was good overall and all the staff were very friendly and helpful! »

« When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. »

« The hotel was fine, from front desk staff to amenities to room size to location. Road work nearby was not the fault of the hotel. On the other hand it was difficult, challenging and severely disappointing to deal with Expedia when I needed to make a change. There was no honest effort or customer service to work with me on my change request. I’m not sure I will use Expedia for any future travels. »

« People at the reception were nice and very accommodating. Althought the beds and the sheets were clean, the room itself could have been cleaner. The air conditionner was very noisy and smelled moldy. The rug in would need a good vaccuming and deep cleaning. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The entire bathroom needs to be renovated as the fixtures are cracked and worned out. »
